She's the First Officer of space station Deep Space Nine and the Bajoran military liaison to Starfleet. A former terrorist, we meet her as part of the mainstream government that settled in after the Cardassian occupation of Bajor.
This week, we examine the character of Kira Nerys and her journey across the seven seasons of Deep Space Nine. We'll discuss the arc of her character's development and what makes her one of the most important Women of Trek.
